Me and my wife got married in Colorado 4 years ago. I was in the military and finally got her back to the US on a visitors visa. How do I get her to be able to stay in the US with me? Please help me because her visa expires on the 9th and I don't want to lose her again. Thank you!

Before you do anything, return to the court that convicted you and ask to see your file. First time marijuana offenders were usually convicted under section 7411 and their conviction was never entered into the record if they successfully completed their sentence.
