Do kids like the Indiana curfew or do they just stay out and play anyways?

Do kids like the Indiana curfew or do they just stay out and play anyways?
I reside in Indiana and have heard about a curfew for kids, but yet to see it enforced. My children have consistently broken it with my permission.
