What government should do to stop greenhouse effects?
You can not ever stop green house effects but you can only let out less. You can not contribute as much by driving a fuel efficient car. Hybrids are not good because in the battery there is silver. They get the silver by strip mining it in Canada and the they have to drive it down to America. The government can make a law that makes every car get a certain number of mpg or they get a fine.
