What's causing my 2001 Mazda b2300 to misfire when cold but run fine when hot?

What's causing my 2001 Mazda b2300 to misfire when cold but run fine when hot?
My guess is that you have the wrong temperature spark plug. All spark plugs are not the same, somerun hotter than others.
