I have a 6yr old daughter that does not know her biological father and now hes come out of nowhere wanting visition rights i went to the first to court hearings my now my family has moved out of state do i still have to contiune going? What if i choose not to go to the court hearings what happens?

In that event, the Virginia court will likely award this father
visitation rights if in fact he's found to be the father of
your child. (The fact that your family has moved out
of state is utterly irrelevant to the issue of your
need to appear at the next scheduled hearing.)
