What is the statue of limitations for a class B misdemeanors in grimes county texas. I have a charge for theft of service for an amount of 300.00 that dates back to 2007. I was on probation but could not pay the fine. Can I still be arrested in 2013?

Yes. The statute is tolled (stopped) when the charges are filed. And you are an absconder. You don't get to run and then claim they have no right to prosecute you. Your best bet is to hire a lawyer and turn yourself in (with full restitution up front) to try to dispose of the case.
