I am banned from the USA for 10 years. I would like to become a flight attendant which will fly all over the world including the USA. How will I be able to get a crew visa to just be able to stop in USA in transit?

You will require a waiver of your 10 year bar to return to the U.S. These cases are very fact sensitive, so you should consult confidentially with an immigration attorney about the specifics of your case to determine the feasibility of applying for a waiver and the strategies you would need to employ to secure the waiver.
