After over 30 years of being on my mothers well--my family wants to kick me off of it...It was ran onto my property even before I ever moved on it... Can they do this?

I gather you are somehow connected to a well owned by your family. There is no way to answer you without seeing recorded easements, documents and other information. You need to meet with a real estate attorney in your area to determine what can and cannot be done.
