hi im renting a room from a couple and with me is my husband when we started living here it was just them and a grandmother now theres a young man and 3 ladys a baby and just recently a man in the garage were its really dirty they also have men or women come over in the morning like 2am to play poker is this legal i live here in virginia what is the virginia law for renting in homes.

If it's Fairfax County, these landlords could be in violation of
the local zoning ordinance prohibiting more than
five (I believe) persons unrelated to one another from occupying
a given residence in the county.
