if an officer wrote wrong make and model of vehicle on the ticket and he did not sign it..is the ticket void?

The discrepancies you describe can be used for the defense, but they probably would not render a ticket void. If you need a referral for an attorney in your area, you may email me the jurisdiction that the citation is in.
