What difference in till and after 20 year?
At this point of time there is no Difference....after 20 years i will be able to tell more Accurately... Or ........ the Difference is same as , what is the difference in tell and before 20 years...... 05triIn the UK, 20 is not a significant birthday legally. 18 and 21 are significant birthdays legally.
