I am trying to sell trying to sell my home, with a licensed agent, after a few weeks of multiply showings we did not recieve any purchase offers, I decided to reduce our price by five thousand dollars, in hopes of getting a greater response, and intising a offer, the request was made 5 days ago verbally, and has yet to be rectified. I feel that this is detrimental to the sell of my home , I had recommended the lower price originally, and was presueded by the relator to start with a higher asking price. Please advice, Thank you for your time regarding this matter.

Selling a home for a good selling price is not going to be easy with the real estate market so low right now. This is nothing out of the ordinary.
