I'm looking for a combo package for District Court (Texas) that includes the affidavit of inability to pay court costs and the original petition for filing a lawsuit in District Court. I have tried to get through repeatedly at the listed 800 number, but I keep getting disconnected.
The case involves property tax issues as well as 14th Amendment issues, especically: denial of due process, equal protection, and double taxation.
I'm also filing against the county Appraisal District, to request sanctions and contempt of court for defying existing law., which I assume also needs to be included in the original petition.
Please advise.

The best advise I can give you is to get a lawyer. Don't take this in the wrong way, but it is clear from your question that you are not knowledgeable enough about the law to successfully prosecute a lawsuit in District Court.
If you cannot afford to retain a lawyer consider seeking out legal programs that offer lawyers to the indigent AND/OR try to find a lawyer who will agree to take on the case with a contingency agreement.
