I am settling property damage with insurance company however the property damage release has the amount that I requested on it instead of settlement offered. What do I do?

Maybe if you write out your question again, and be a little more specific, it would help. Give some numbers and explain if you have a personal injury claim as well. Attorneys have to be very careful on these sites, since its so easy for misunderstandings.
