About a month ago I was in a clothing store called rainbow and i stepped on a clothing pin which went thru my foot causing it to bleed. i went to the hospital to get my wound cleaned, the insurance company for rainbow wont pay for my hospital vist because im on medicaid because im also pregnant, they offered to settle for 50.00 dollars which i feel is unfair, i was wondering do i have grounds to sue the company for pain and suffering.
