my husband bought a motorcycles on craigslist last year and he was stopped when he was on his way to register it cause the bike has not been registered in 3 years and the impounded the bike.... and he went the Fresno can on his other bike that he said and was stopped for a traffic stop and come to find out he had a warrant for his arrest for thief and having stolen property and two other charges can he fight or should he fight these case or and what the max time he would do
