Question

my mother has alzheimers and my brother is forcefully making her transfer all assets to him. a house, her bank accounts. how can my sister and i stop this. Him and his wife is taking over. i need advice.

Answer

While this isn't a criminal law matter, here is my opinion. They would need to have a guardianship over your mother given through a court as your mother may well not be competent to make them powers of attorney. You need to go to an elder law attorney and have him look into any power of attorney that they say they have. Then you need to consult your mother's doctor to get an opinion on her competency to transfer any documents at her particular stage of Alzheimers. You need to do this immediately.
