There is a private community in New York that does not list homes, instead they require a current owner to suggest you for consideration and interview. They also require that you are married with at least two children. They are very prominent and have been doing this for over one hundred years. How do I go about changing this discrimination.

If you have been injured by this approach (e.g. you tried to purchase and you were denied) then I would talk to a New York Real Estate Attorney about suing the community.
