What's actions can I take against my ex for moving around and enrolling my daughter at 3 different schools this year?

You do not say what sort of access you have to your child. If you have never been in her life, then you probably have no say, but if you have then maybe you should consider asking the court to order a pychological evaluation on the child to see if the moves are have a detrimental affect on her.
