my daughter moved out of my ex wives house 3yrs ago she is now 21 years old and has not been in school sence she graduated high school,should child support have stopped when she moved out

Yes, she was more than likely emancipated if she moved out on her own or without financial assistance from any of you. However, it is your responsibility to go to court to informm the court and get a modification of support (assuming there is a Court order).
