Who was the first woman to own a car?

Who was the first woman to own a car?
Not maybe the answer you seek, but back in Power Buggy and pre-Ford days, the actress ( and she was top-kick) Lillian Russell tooled about in a customized Electric car some time in the late nineties ( l890"s) almost certainly this was the first automobile customized for a show-business star. Lillian Russell appeared in light opera and broadway roles and popularized the phrases Fiddle-de-dee and Whoop-De-Do, long part of the lexicon.
