I am experiencing problems with my neighbors german sheppard. He barks constantly for hours at a time and has caused damage to the fence line between my house and theirs. The neighbors won't fix it and they refuse to put the dog in doors. I live outside the city limits so there is no noise ordinance. I have called the sheriff at lease 15 times. This dog barks for 4-5 hours at a time. They do not walk it and seldomly bring it in doors. I need help and sanity. I got more sleep while i was deployed to afghanistan. I own my home and they HOA does nothing. Please please please help.

Sue him, and ask for an injunction. You need to get some help from "the civil side of the docket."
