Question

my buyer has an issue with the square footage of my homie I'll contingencies have been lifted but the homeless it for 2400 n is actually 2250 the appraisal came in hi and I want her to sign a disclosure that she is aware of the property being 2250

Answer

I think you should re-submit your question, which contains several typos which make it hard to be sure what you are asking; e.g., "homie" "I'll contingencies" "homeless" etc.

Answer

Not clear exactly what you are asking. If your house was listed at 2400 sq ft, but it actually only 2250, you need to make that disclosure to the buyer. The difference in size could justify the buyer backing out, or demanding that you reduce the price. If you do not make the disclosure, the buyer could later sue you.

It would be wise for you to consult with a real estate attorney.
