Does the ex wife and boyfriend live together?
Does the boyfriend stay over when the children are there?
You may be able to seek a modification of the child custody order that prohibits members of the opposite sex from co-habitating or sleeping in the same bed with her during all visitations/vacations. If she has primary custody, there can be the same limitation placed on co-habitation and overnight guests.
However, this is the most you can do unless the boyfriend has a criminal record or has threatened the children.
