Hi, I have a pending uncontested divorce case and I received a letter to correct the Final Decree.
"The Final Decree must have a preamble reflecting the procedural posture of the case. Defendant has signed a waiver of Service of Process".
My wife signed the waiver. I just don't know how to do this preamble. Would you please give me an idea on how to prepare it.
