What does arraignment canceled ...case resulted programmatically mean?

Question

What does arraignment canceled ...case resulted programmatically mean?

Answer

arraignments are commonly waived if the defendant or their attorney files a notice of appearance that waives arraignment. Arraignment itself is just the formal charging of the defendant and an opportunity to be appointed counsel. The most likely result is the case will be set for a pretrial conference in the future. Mind you this is waiver I do not see cancellation very often my version just means it still happens but no one needs to be there. A complete cancellation may mean the charges are dropped.
