Question

Answer

You can file a motion to quash the garnishment. If the named owners of the account can shoow that the funds are excoudable (retirment or disability payments, etc.) the judge may grant the motion. You may pay the creditor or make payment arrangments to get them to voluntarily withdraw the garnishment. Otherwise, the named owners of the account took the chance that your creditors would execute against the the account, when they added you

Good luck
