I have joint custody of my daughter and there is a court order. if my ex does not follow and does not return my daught can i have her arrested?

A better approach to this situation is to return to court to address this continuing problem of your ex not following the court ordered parenting plan. If you have a specific order that she is disobeying, you can ask for police standby to pick up your child. Obviously, this choice can do great damage to the parenting relationship as well as to the child.
