My uncle is in a custody battle with his wife who broke up their family by committing adultery and having another mans baby she is playing dirty and making up lies to make herself look better the problem is her lawyer and the judge are friends. he has even had private conversations before hearings with just her lawyer present. now since my uncle has done everything he was ordered to do the judge has decided since some of our family members expressed their personal opinion about her on facebook that my uncle "will suffer until he can control his friends and family" these where the exact words of the judge what can we do now about this unfair and bias situation

Your uncle may have bigger problems than the Judge at this point. You said that his wife had a baby by some other guy. Under Oklahoma law a child of the marriage (born while they are still married) after two years becomes legally his child. I would advise him to retain legal counsel as soon as possible.
