I bought a house 7yrs ago with a room mate and now we are going our seperate ways. I got married and I am just wondering would my husband be legally responsible for any monies due or obligation for anything legal to do with the house? I want to protect him at all cost for a situation I am in now from 7yrs ago. Any all information on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

No, if this is a recently acquired husband who never had anything to do
with the purchase of this house some seven years ago, he cannot now
and will not now have any responsibility "for any monies due or obligation for anything legal to do with th(is) house" by virtue of having recently married you (in my opinion).
