i worked in a prevaling wage jobe i was paid the wright rate less the taxes but never received the the benefits that i was owed i don' t work ther by two weeks what should i do

Prevailing wage rates are required to include the "benefit" value, usually expressed as a "supplement" to the hourly wage rate. That "supplement" can be paid in wages (subject to taxes) or paid to a benefit fund (typically union benefit fund) for the employee. If the "supplement" amount was never paid to you, you would have a legal right to pursue payment of that amount.
