Question

Many sites sell very inexpensive forms to fill out, which can serve as prenuptial agreements. The prices are indeed 20-30 times smaller than attorney's fees. How "legal" are those forms? Can they be enforced, if necessary later?

Thank you.

Answer

I guess it would depend on the language in the form and the manner by which it is signed.

Answer

I agree with the above answer.

If you have enough money to have a prenup, you should take the time and spend the money to hire an attorney. An experienced attorney can sit down and discuss what you want and craft an agreement that should hold up in court. Is it really worth the risk of doing it on your own?

Answer

Good luck with do-it-yourself forms. They are for the most part worthless.
