What causes a howling noise like a siren when the car is braking at mediumhigh speeds or when the car is moving while there is no acceleration but goes away when the gas pedal is being pressed?
check you brake pads, highly likely they are well worn, most modern brake pads have a warner on them to let you know that they need replacing,, the nose your describing, sounds just like it
