Does it cost anything to go to Otafest in Alberta?
well yes and no
if you want to go to activites (shows,buy stuff etc.) you have to buy a braclet now this will cost you from 10$-30$ depending on how much days you spend
but if you just want to walk around and see the costumes it does not cost anything
