Is horn connected to airbag light?
Yes , in a way. The connection goes through the clock spring just the same as the air bag module. Pre air bag cars used a horn brush but newer car's w/air bag's need a more sokid connection, thus the inception of the clock spring. It allows the air bag to remain "hard wired" at all times, unless of course the clock spring breaks. I allows constant connection while the steering wheel is being turned. Abroken clock spring will set a code in the SRS (air bag system) and turn on the air bag light meaning the system has been disabled because of a malfunction.
