2000 maxima that goes dead often at a red light or stop sign the car starts right back up this does not happen all the time?
Maybe Idle Air Control Valve (or equivalent in Nissan terminology).
OR the wires running to the above mentioned valve.
Does the car have a tachometer on the dashboard? If so, does the RPM drop below a proper idle when stopping?
