My daugter is 19 and she recently got married (july 2012) simply to spite her father and I. She now regrets it and wants out of it. Her husband feels the same way. Could it be possible for them to get an annulment?

Probably not. Many people use that term ("annulment") without knowing how it is used in the law. Perhaps, they are thinking of some religious context, or basing their use of the term on televison or movies. In most cases, a Dissolution of Marriage will be necessary.
