Hi, my husbands son lives with us full time. his mom just quite her job to go to school full time. We were letting her pay us what she could afford but now she says she can't pay anymore. By law she is required to pay child support correct? She seems him once a month and normally half of the summer.

Is there an existing order for child support already in place? If not, it should have been part of the dissolution action between your husband and his ex wife.
