I invented a child Security system (Safe Kidd Tracker) and it was stolen. I found out it was stolen because it was feature on the Oprah Winfrey show. I called my lawyer who handle the d my patent disclosure he stated I had to prove someone in the company who Stole it knew me. I felt it was not correct information. I went so far as to call the company who stole it and they stated it was a product in the making two years after I filed my patent disclosure. They went so far as to not make any modification to the system. What can I do? I am disable and have very limited resources but I still have the original Patent disclosure as well as my Safe Kidd Tracker design.
