Need answer about eviction, if the judge signed the final judgment is there some kind of paper work that I can file to void it
Answer
You could move for rehearing or new trial, setting forth the legal reasons for the request. You also might be able to appeal. But you cannot just void what a judge does because you do not agree with the result.
