Abuse of Power of Attorney. My sister transferred $20000 into an ITF just before my mother went into a nursing home. She never used this money to pay for my mother's bill. I believe she used Medicaid. I would like to know, if Ican audit this acount to find out. This money was part of my inheritance.

You propbably have to sue your sister, but if what you state is accurate and you can establish this, your suit should be successful.
