My boyfriend had a warrant for his arrest out for an MIC or MIP not taken care of. He was pulled over tonight, and taken to jail. How long will he be in for?
Answer
Not long if he pleads guilty because he will get credit towards his fine. Very dumb, though, because it will become a final conviction.
