What size inline fuse would you use with a 600 Watt Amplifier?
To work out how much current is drawn you need to divide the Watts by the Volts. Depending on where you are the volts will be either 240V or 120V. You would need to allow for some head room.

So, in the UK: 600 Watts / 240 Volts = 2.5 Amps (so a 3 amp fuse should be fine)
In the US: 600 Watts / 120 Volts = 5 Amps (so a 5 amp fuse won't give you any headroom - which might be okay if you keep the volume low :)

Well seein as this says car as the type youd prolly want to use 12 volts duh,

and its 600watts/12volts= 50 amp fuse

you can figure this out by division, divide watts by voltage = amperage
