If my boss text me to send him a pic, and then a few months later he called me from a alcohol establisment (he was drunk) and started making sexual advances. I reported it at work, and it is under investigation. What will happen to him? They currently have us seperated.

What happens will depend upon upper management's response. If they do not respond to you properly, consider filing a complaint with the EEOC (in the government blue pages).
