Question

My wife has a judgement for her to pay legal fees to the defendent for filing a R.O. That was denied. Can the defendent go after my bank account and any joint assets, we have a car in both our names that is paid off?

Answer

That doesn't make any sense. What was denied? The request for a restraining order? The request for attorney's fees? If either of those were denied, then there would be no judgment for attorney's fees.

Answer

Any asset with her name on title can be levied against. I suggest you negotiate a compromise or payment plan rather than fight in court every time some asset gets seized.
