How do children benefit from art therapy?
Hi,
I've had very bad problems...with rest. I have ADHD. I have a Disabled twin..who has cerebral palsy...I've been taking art for 2 years now...and I've seen a MAJOR improment..in me and my twin :D It helps your children not only calm down, but it also helps them stay focused. I belive art therapy helps VERY much. Try It out with your kids! I think you'll be surprised!
