If I am renting a house and the owner (landlord) wants to sell the house, when will I have to move out?
Answer
Unless your lease says otherwise, you don't have to move out. The lease runs with the land and the new owner would have to honor the lease. So, if the current landlord wants you to move, you might want to negotiate something that is fair to you.

Answer
If the contract for the sale of your house states that it must be vacant at the time of sale and if it is a owner occupied resdence then your landlord cannot commence an ction to evict you until the lease expires. There must be a written lease for this to apply
